These terms govern your use of the BlueprintBuddy app and this website. By downloading, installing or using BlueprintBuddy, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
BlueprintBuddy ("we", "us", "our") is an app for surveying rooms and producing floor plans, elevations and quotes, operated from Oxford, England by Blueprint Buddy. You can reach us at blueprintbuddy.app@gmail.com.
2. Your licence to use the app
When you download BlueprintBuddy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal use. You may use the floor plans, elevations and quotes you create — including commercially, in your own work — but you may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence the app itself.
3. Price and payment
BlueprintBuddy is free to download and free to use. Premium features are unlocked with a BlueprintBuddy Pro subscription, currently £2.99 per month or £14.99 per year, purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in your store account settings. Prices are confirmed on the store listing before you buy, and there are no per-plan fees on your exports. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Google or Apple through your store account under their own terms, not by us — please refer to the app store you downloaded from for its refund policy.
4. Your content and data
Everything you create in the app — room measurements, plans, photos, customer details and quotes — is yours, and is stored on your device. We don't upload it to a server. You are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep, and, where your work involves other people's personal information, for handling that information in line with UK data-protection law. 5. Acceptable use
Please use the app lawfully and as intended. You agree not to attempt to copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law, not to use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, and not to misrepresent the app as your own product.
6. Accuracy and professional judgement
BlueprintBuddy is a tool to help you survey, draw and quote faster. The measurements, areas, totals and prices it produces depend on the information you enter and remain your professional responsibility. Always check figures before relying on them or sending them to a customer. We don't warrant that outputs are free of error.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app working well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or withdraw features over time, and we may update these terms — the latest version will always be posted here.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business arising from your use of the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some of your rights as a consumer cannot be excluded, and these terms do not affect them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
